> Always introduce yourself at the beginning of each fitness-class: Start by telling the class your name and a sentence about your experience so that they can feel connected to you. You should also remember to smile at your class to show them that you’re happy to be with them. Additionally, don’t take the workout too seriously. In fact, a great sense of humor can go a long way in lifting your class’s spirits.

> Try varying the tone of your voice: If you shout at your class the entire time, then your voice will get hoarse and even the class may feel intimidated. Likewise, speaking softly for too long may also cause your class to lose interest.
